Directions: 1. You must message Helsel Counseling at least 1 day before the session stating your intention to initiate the payment for the session (so I do not run your card first the next day as I do not have a set time that I do this in the mornings). 2. You must submit the payment the day of + at least 20 mins. prior to the start time of the session. If payment has not come through by then, Helsel Counseling will run the charge.
